Previously, the hotel had limited signs at the lunch buffet, which often led to questions from guests about the ingredients in various dishes. The new digital sign system has not only made it easy to update menus but also ensures clear and consistent communication with guests. Icons on the signs clearly indicate which dishes contain specific allergens, making it easy for guests to choose meals that suit their dietary needs without needing to ask the staff.

A flexible solution that improves guest experience and efficiency
The digital signs, which are automatically updated via a cloud-based system with a wireless antenna, also offer other uses. In addition to serving as buffet signs, they can be used as digital price tags, digital name tags, or even as digital room signage integrated with the hotel’s calendar system. This flexibility provides excellent opportunities to use the signs both in the restaurant and for events.
