Android zero-touch provides a streamlined process for Android devices to be configured for enterprise environments. Zero-touch allows you to set up all your devices the way you want them without having to manually set up each device and risk user error.
With Android zero-touch, you are guaranteed a quick and easy way to configure all your devices. With an online customer portal, you can make a smooth deployment without spending unnecessary time. The portal allows you to create, edit and delete EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) configurations. You can also set a default configuration for all devices that will be added to zero-touch deployment in the future. The account owner can also add, edit or delete users. By using the online customer portal, the risk of human error is significantly reduced.
This means that Delfi Technologies can ship Android devices (with at least Android 8 Oreo) directly to the customer – and once the devices are connected via WAN or WiFi, they are configured with your settings and applications in a secure environment – in no time. The reliance on internal IT support is significantly reduced through automatic deployment. Even if a device needs to be reset to factory settings, has been repaired, or similar, it will be reconfigured just as quickly.
At Delfi Technologies we offer a large selection of Android devices that are zero-touch compatible. Android zero-touch requires a compatible device running Android Oreo (8.0) and an EMM. With Delfi Technologies we recommend using SOTI or SureMDM as the EMM.
