Temperature labels
Heat exposure can impair the effectiveness of many temperature-sensitive medical products, such as vaccines and biological products. Even a gradual change in product temperature over time can affect desired performance. Products such as injectable medications, adhesives and sealants require refrigeration to maintain their effectiveness, but it is recommended to use them at room temperature for optimal performance.

Apply Zebra temperature labels with time-temperature indicators to monitor heat exposure over time. There is the option to monitor immediate or long-term exposure at or beyond a threshold temperature.
Temperature labels can also be used to indicate when a product that requires refrigeration is approaching room temperature.
Temperature indicators
There are small self-adhesive temperature monitoring indicators that can be applied directly to temperature sensitive products. They gradually change color as heat exposure accumulates. When the gradual color change exceeds the reference color, the user can identify if the product has exceeded its temperature limit.
Some companies also need to monitor temperature during shipping. Temperature labels can also be used to identify temperature deviations.
