"Our business has been built digitally from day one. That applies to everything from our assortment and pricing to the way we work with data. When we open physical showrooms, they must operate according to the same logic as online – otherwise we lose both speed and precision. Digital price tags are therefore a crucial tool in our daily operations."

When price and precision meet in space

Born online and driven digitally. Hofstra & Wagner have brought digital logic into the physical showroom, where digital price tags have become a precise tool for making choices easier and the experience sharper.

Two friends. One shared passion for furniture and spaces with personality. That’s how the story of Hofstra & Wagner begins — a company built on the desire to make interior design more personal, more inspiring, and more honest.

Hofstra & Wagner began online. Without a store. Without a showroom. But with a clear idea that furniture is not just function, but atmosphere and identity. The selection was carefully curated from the start: fewer choices, stronger expression. Furniture that says something about the people who live with it.

Today, the company is run from Aarup on Funen, where more than 6,000 m² of warehouse space supports a business that still thinks digital first.

Showrooms with a clear role

Over time, two physical showrooms have been added – in Aarup and Vejle. Not as traditional stores, but as places where the furniture can be experienced, felt, and understood. Here, customers should be able to orient themselves quickly, see the differences, and make decisions with ease.

Born online – conceived digitally.

The digital heritage is unmistakable. Hofstra & Wagner grew up with updated prices, accurate product information, and full transparency as a given. When the showrooms became a reality, the expectation remained the same as online: information must be correct, up‑to‑date, and easy to decode.

That’s why digital price tags from Delfi Technologies became a natural choice.

– Our business has been built digitally from day one. That applies to everything from our assortment and pricing to the way we work with data. When we open physical showrooms, they must operate according to the same logic as online – otherwise we lose both speed and precision. Digital price tags are therefore a crucial tool in our daily operations, says Mathias Wagner, co‑founder and co‑owner of Hofstra & Wagner.

Digital price tags in multiple sizes are integrated directly into the display and always show up‑to‑date data: product descriptions, dimensions, price, promotions, and savings – often clearly indicated in percentages. The same clarity as online, just in physical form.

The showroom as a sales platform

The signs are used deliberately. Small sizes for precise details. Larger signs when variations and value need to be explained. Clarity without disturbing the design – and a clear connection between the digital and physical experience.

The digital solution creates speed, allowing prices and campaigns to be adjusted in seconds. When information is digital, it becomes truly usable. Hofstra & Wagner can respond to stock levels, seasonality, and demand in real time. In the showroom, the digital signage is therefore an active tool.
