The push buttons are primarily used for “Yes please” collection and the bottle return machine, where customers need quick access to staff. Additionally, the buttons are placed in areas where questions typically arise:

Questions about inventory, advertised items, or specific products are resolved in seconds. No shouting across the store and no interrupted tasks.
