Flack’s Getränkefeinkost in Radebeul introduces digital price tags from Delfi Technologies

But also additional information, such as deposit, recycling and disposable, is depicted depending on the product group, which also ensures legality in terms of labeling requirements. For the time being, Chroma 29 is used in the store.

A benefit for employees and customers.
One of the main reasons for the introduction of electronic labeling was the continuous, automatic connection via “diKasse”, the leading POS software in the beverage trade. This is possible without any problems due to the standardized interface between Delfi and the POS software from DiComputer. Offers are automatically loaded at night and do not require time-consuming handling by employees during working hours at the shelves.
User-friendly mobile app
The BreeceGo app from Delfi Technologies makes it easy for employees at Flack’s GetränkeFeinkost Vinothek to manage their digital price tags. The app allows the retailer to connect products with signs directly in front of the respective product and change the layout of the signs. “Our staff is thrilled with the user-friendly operation of the digital pricing. Even new products are loaded into the pricing system via the existing work smartphone,” says Alexander Zach. This enables competent customer service, which is reflected in the large number of regular customers.
The antennas from Delfi Technologies antennas communicate with the digital price tags and ensure that all prices and product information are always up to date. The antennas are robust and easy to install. Furthermore, they guarantee stable and reliable communication between the digital price signs with a high range – up to 5000 m² per antenna. For the 250 m² sales area in Radebeul, only one antenna is needed.
