Møbelringen Trondheim and Møbelringen Tiller have digitised their price management with Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) from Delfi Technologies. The solution has already been implemented across all other Møbelringen stores and helps reduce time-consuming manual tasks in daily store operations.

Less Administration – More Time for Customers
With Electronic Shelf Labels from Delfi Technologies, prices, promotions and product information are updated automatically from a central system. This eliminates the need for employees to print, check and replace labels throughout the store.
“We no longer need to print price labels and spend time walking around the store replacing them. This allows us to focus more on our customers, which is extremely important to us,” says Sondre van der Hagen, Store Manager of Møbelringen Trondheim and Møbelringen Tiller.
The time saved can instead be devoted to customer service, product advice and maintaining attractive showroom displays.
Digital Management Directly from Mobile Devices
As part of the solution, employees use the BreeceGo app from Delfi Technologies. The app enables staff to manage shelf labels directly from their smartphones, making it quick and easy to monitor and update information in the store.
“We use the BreeceGo app on our mobile phones, and it works extremely well. It is easy to use while giving us full control over both labels and communication infrastructure,” says Sondre.
More Than Just a Price Label
The Electronic Shelf Labels are used for much more than displaying prices. The stores also use the solution to present supplementary product information that supports customer consultations and purchasing decisions.
In addition, the larger labels allow information for multiple products to be displayed on a single unit, creating greater flexibility in showroom design and product presentation.
Centralised Campaign Management
For a retail chain like Møbelringen, which regularly runs promotions and pricing campaigns, centralised price management offers significant advantages. Price changes can be implemented across stores within seconds, without requiring local adjustments.
