Rigtig Kaffe has opened a new store in Gentofte. Here, coffee experience meets technology as electronic shelf labels from Delfi Technologies create coherence between the store and online universe.

Since 2009, Rigtig Kaffe has developed into one of Denmark’s leading specialists in coffee and espresso machines and is now known for its passion for coffee with deep product knowledge, own imports, and a wide range of premium brands.

With the opening of a new store on Nybrovej in Gentofte, Rigtig Kaffe expands its physical presence – the second store in line after the success in Tilst near Aarhus.

Physical Store Enhances the Coffee Experience

The store in Gentofte aims to strengthen the ambition of giving customers the opportunity to experience the coffee universe with all their senses and access personal guidance based on more than a decade of experience.

“Many of our customers request the opportunity to try the machines and taste the coffee before buying. The location in Gentofte was obvious, and the timing was right,” explains CEO and owner Anne Dorthe Melballe.

The new store functions as an experience universe where customers can test machines and feel the difference, taste coffee, and receive specialized guidance.

To connect the store with the webshop and ensure full transparency, Rigtig Kaffe uses electronic shelf labels from Delfi Technologies. This ensures prices and product information are always up-to-date – whether customers shop online or in-store.

“Our customers want to experience, test, and taste before they invest. With digital signs, we free up time for consultation and ensure consistent data across channels,” says Anne Dorthe Melballe and continues:
