Easy administration via user-friendly mobile app
The Buddy chain uses the BreeceGO app on their mobile phones to manage the store’s labels and wireless antennas. The app is easy to use and gives staff full control over the status of the signs, which is handy as they always have their phone with them. When an item is out of stock, the app makes it easy to assign the sign to a new item, saving time and minimizing the risk of errors.
– When we can use the BreeceGO app on our mobile phones, it’s easier because we always have it with us. When an item is sold out, it’s easy to use the app to link the sign to the new item,” says Rolf F. Hansen.
In addition to displaying prices, Buddy also uses the labels to display other important information, such as membership benefits, and there are plans to display stock status. This will allow the store to optimize shelf space and ensure that customers always get relevant and up-to-date information.
Better time for customer service
With the implementation of digital price tags, Buddy Vestkanten now has more time to focus on customer service. Staff no longer spend time handling and changing paper labels, freeing up time to help customers and improve their shopping experience.
