He adds, “Thanks to the new digital signage, we can now display all food information flexibly and within seconds – clearly structured, at a glance, and including allergen labeling.”
“The digital buffet signs make our daily work significantly easier. We can make changes to dishes and ingredients directly on the computer or via the smartphone app – without the need for new printouts or manually switching signs. And our guests instantly know what they can look forward to.”
Introduction of electronic labeling helps optimize daily workflows
Before the implementation, labeling the buffet dishes was a recurring, time-consuming task each day. Now, the electronic signs not only ensure a professional appearance but also provide noticeable relief for the kitchen and service teams – especially with frequently changing menus or seasonal specialties.
Guests with allergies or specific dietary needs also appreciate the new solution: allergens are clearly labeled, which builds trust and ensures safety – without the need to ask.
