Digital facelift at Lunderskov Pharmacy
Lunderskov Pharmacy has successfully introduced digital price tags from Delfi Technologies – a solution that has resulted in significant time and resource savings and improved customer service.
A-apoteket, a chain of independent pharmacies in Denmark, has entered into an agreement with Delfi Technologies for the implementation of digital price tags. This partnership facilitates signage and pricing for pharmacies and represents a major step towards a more efficient and customer-centric pharmacy experience.
Digital shelf label technology has become a popular investment for many Danish pharmacies. Especially because it saves significant time that was previously spent replacing and maintaining paper price signs. The time freed up allows staff to engage more with customers and offer in-depth advice and personalized service.

Digital signage also improves promotional opportunities. Previously it was necessary to attach separate paper signs, but with the Delfi Technologies’ solution, promotions and offers can now be highlighted directly on the signs. This provides a more elegant presentation and automated updates of offer prices.

The digital price tags guarantee accurate and up-to-date pricing information, eliminating the risk of human error during manual updates.

Lunderskov Pharmacy is part of A-apoteket. In collaboration with the chain office at A-apoteket Delfi Technologies investigated the annual savings for pharmacies. These savings amount to around DKK 60,000 annually in terms of time and resource savings.
