In collaboration with Retail 360 Box Solutions, an innovative provider of unmanned store concepts, Medicin & Sundhed Østerfælled Torv became a reality.
The self-service store offers a user-friendly shopping experience with state-of-the-art technology that allows customers to shop at any time of day or night. In-store, customers can easily navigate through the processes without the need for personal assistance.
Digital price management for easy administration
Digital price tags make price management a breeze for Medicine & Health. This modern approach allows the store to update prices in real-time, ensuring that customers always get the best deals. Vural Kocak doesn’t even need to be physically present in the store to adjust prices, he can do it from anywhere at any time.
The signs are controlled through a wireless antenna connected to the store’s network. With the help of Delfi Technologies cloud software, you can access the signs 24/7 and make necessary updates – without being in the store.

Mobile access and secure identification
To access Medicin & Sundhed Østerfælled Torv, customers simply scan a QR code on the door and then identify themselves using their personal My ID. The door opens and you get access to a well-organized selection of health products.
Payment and delivery service
Payment is easy and secure at the self-service checkout, where customers can choose between MobilePay and payment cards. Furthermore, in collaboration with Nordhavn Apotek, Medicin & Sundhed Østerfælled Torv offers a convenient delivery service of medicines, over-the-counter medicines and other pharmacy products around the clock via the pharmacy’s pick-up machine located in the store at Medicin & Sundhed. By ordering online on the pharmacy’s website and receiving an SMS code, customers can easily pick up their medicines and OTC products at their convenience.
