Trinity Hotel & Conference is a modern hotel and conference center with 153 comfortable rooms and 18 flexible meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 400 people. Located in the scenic surroundings of the Little Belt in Denmark, the hotel has created a destination where both business travelers and holidaymakers can feel at home, with a strong focus on high service, quality cuisine and a professional setting.

To enhance guest experience and optimize operations, Trinity Hotel & Konference has chosen to implement digital buffet signs from Delfi Technologies. This solution has revolutionized the way guests receive information about the menu of the day and the contents of the dishes – especially when it comes to allergens.

Previously, the hotel had limited signage at the lunch buffet, which often led to questions from guests about the ingredients of the different dishes. The new digital signage system has not only made it easy to update menus, but also ensured clear and consistent communication to guests. Icons on the signs clearly indicate which dishes contain specific allergens, making it easy for guests to choose meals that suit their dietary needs without having to ask staff.

A flexible solution that improves guest experience and efficiency

Updated automatically via a cloud-based system with a wireless antenna, the digital signs also offer other applications. In addition to serving as buffet signs, they can be used as digital price tags, name tags or even as meeting room signs with integration to the hotel’s calendar system. This flexibility provides great opportunities to use the signs both in the restaurant and at events.
