Esso Deli de Luca improves customer experience with digital signage

Great food and beverage experiences are paramount for Esso Deli de Luca, which has chosen to install the Breece digital signage system from Delfi Technologies to save time that can instead be used to deliver more quality experiences to customers.

With a location in connection to several well-placed Esso gas stations across the country, Deli de Luca’s store concept caters specifically to those on the go, with a focus on ensuring good and consistent quality in all stores.

At Esso Deli de Luca in Nyborg (Bergen), Tommy Hagen, General Manager, wanted to save time on administrative store tasks – especially price changes, offers, product changes, etc.

– The most important thing for us is our customers. We spend time and effort to ensure good quality,” says Tommy Hagen.

Running a store just got easier

In order to have more time to deliver more quality in-store experiences, Tommy was looking for an electronic shelf labeling (ESL) solution and chose Breece System from Delfi Technologies.

With the Breece system, Esso Deli de Luca and other gas stations can use the digital signs to manage in-store price changes, promotional changes, product updates, etc. All in all, a large part of the daily store tasks that are now done with a single click.

Today, the Breece ESL solution from Delfi Technologies is installed in a wide range of sectors, in more than 3,000 locations and with a total of more than 13 million digital signs installed.
