We needed a new workflow that in every way facilitated our daily work and made it more manageable for employees but also for our visiting customers, says Flemming and continues. “Now I can change prices online so that it automatically appears in the store, whereas before I had to update prices, ask the staff to go out and find the wine, make a new sticker and update it that way. But because we constantly get new products, prices and offers, we save tons of time with this solution,” Flemming says proudly.

– When we are busy and some individual customers more or less have to handle themselves until we are with them, I enjoy that they can now get much more information about the different products via our digital signs. Information they didn’t get before, unless the employees were with them. And then I have a huge peace of mind knowing that the prices are updated with offers etc. Many customers may visit our website before they visit our physical store, so if there is a price that is different online than physically, there will be trouble and that’s the last thing we want. Credibility needed a boost and this solution provided it, where an offer cannot be online or sent out in the newsletter without the offer not also being in our store.

A COMMON THREAD THROUGHOUT THE STORE

Jysk Vin used to have different types of signs, stickers and manila labels to promote information and prices. Therefore, they also wanted to achieve a common thread and inform about offers through a simple design.

– We used to have an employee with beautiful handwriting making manila labels, but as soon as that employee had to take time off or go on vacation, we already lost the common thread, in my opinion, by having two different handwritings. But now I can sit in the office, do it all via the app or my computer, and boom, all our electronic signs are connected to our online universe so everything is connected – just as we want it,” concludes Flemming.
